TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payment Terms:

National Door & Trim, Inc. requires a 50% deposit upon order confirmation. No orders will be scheduled until this deposit is received.At this point we will begin work on your project and assign you an order number. Final payment is due when the carrier picks up theproduct and tracking numbers are available.

When shipments are placed with the transportation company, they become the property of the buyer. An issue with product loss ordamage in transit rests with buyer and carrier. If there are issues related to loss or damage, National Door & Trim, Inc. will be promptlyinvolved . We do custom design crates to fit the product for safe delivery. Additional manpower is required upon delivery of yourdoor. It is extremely important that the customer checks the doors thoroughly once it arrives. Report for loss or damaged shipmentsmust be made promptly by the customer to the carrier. Then please call us.

Deposits and payments may be made via cash or check. Please call for further instructions.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped prepaid; freight and handling amount will be added to final payment. Shipments will be made by the mostexpeditious and economical means available to National Door & Trim, Inc. unless the customer has specific shipping instructions,which have been indicated.

Final payment is due at time of shipment. Customer will then be provided with all necessary tracking information.

Discontinuance:

National Door & Trim, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or change any price, design, process or finish as existing on any existingproduct literature or web site without notice. Any discontinuance will not apply to orders in that are in process.

Changes and Cancellations:

All our products are manufactured as custom. Once the design of a door is placed and accepted by National Door & Trim, Inc. it mayonly be altered if that stage of the production schedule has not been met. Once a door order has been placed with and accepted byNational Door & Trim, Inc. and then subsequently canceled, it will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit.

Returns:

All our products are manufactured as custom. Merchandise can not be returned without first contacting National Door & Trim, Inc.Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense. All claims for defective merchandise, billing errors, etc.must be made in writing within 14 days from date of arrival.

Warranty:

National Door & Trim, Inc. warrants its product to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year fromthe date of sale to the user and will repair or replace any defective product or parts at National Door & Trim, Inc. sole discretion.Warranty periods may extend beyond one year depending on the individual manufacturers expressed warranty policy. Pleaseconsult National Door & Trim with any issues regarding extended warranties.National Door & Trim, Inc. assumes no liability for any labor charges regarding the installation, removal or reinstallation of doors.Damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper installation are not covered by this warranty. All disputes relating in any wayto these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be resolved in the state of Ohio, and Ohio law shall govern such disputes.
