The displays feature stained and painted faces and durable laminate interiors. This gives the displays a furniture quality appearance while allowing the interior to stand up to everyday use. Each display has fully adjustable shelves with our custom designed LED light system. We have worked closely with the engineers from the lighting manufacturer to design a system specifically for our application. The LED’s produce a color temperature of light chosen to make products “pop out” under standard retail lighting conditions while not washing out colors. The LED’s also burn much cooler than the standard halogen bulb used in many cabinets. There is no need to worry about the bulb burning your product or a customer receiving a severe burn while reaching inside the cabinet.
The slim LED’s allow us to position the light source under the front edge of the shelves to project the light toward the front of your product. Each shelf has total of 12 LED’s across the front to fill the entire shelf with light. Halogen lights shining from above produce a “cone” of light that is blocked by the top of the product on the shelf.
Our LED’s also are guaranteed to have five year burn life if left on 24 hours a day. That means no more changing halogen bulbs every year. Each of our shelves is lit with less than 14 watts of LED’s. That results in an annual savings of $75 in energy costs for a standard four shelf unit on top of the money you save on replacement bulbs.*
Each of these models is available in all of the colors shown. Additional colors are available for a custom charge. Subtract $400 from the price of each cabinet to exclude the light system.
